ResQueServe®

New Features

  • Suggestion results can now be downloaded as a PDF document. Direct PDF retrieval links are available in the incident documentation during an operation. Suggestion results include extended information for compliance, diagnostic data, and general notes to help trace and understand results.

  • Setup/preparation time is now factored into the sorting of resource pre-selections, suggestions, and PDF reports. An average value is used, which differs between full-time and volunteer personnel. The calculation is based on the values configured in the administration section "Response times (in seconds)". The value shown in parentheses represents travel time excluding preparation time.

  • The user interface is now available in six additional languages: English (GB), Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, and Polish.

  • In the address package / area structure overview, a street data import based on OpenStreetMap can now be performed. A dry-run mode allows pre-validation before the productive import. Missing streets can be added by navigating to the relevant municipal area and clicking "Import". A wizard guides through the required steps.

  • The MCP protocol with configurable access is now supported per user and dispatch center, with license-based access control. Via the MCP protocol, an AI assistant can perform CRUD operations (create, read, update, delete) on common records such as rescue resources, POIs, status pages, digital radio groups, address search, and more.

Developer / Third-Party

New Features

  • The dashboard (general data management) now implements OAuth 2.1 and is available via the REST API for use by third-party apps. A C# SDK implementation is still pending and will be extended to cover realms (sessions) in the future.

SIM Dispatcher

New Features

  • In preparation for the upcoming integration of transport assignments and hospital bed capacities, unspecified background changes have been made. More details will be announced in the next patch (4.9.0).

Changes

  • The login page has been completely redesigned and now features an integrated dispatch center browser for quick selection of a dispatch center.

Bug Fixes

  • Dispatch centers without a complete configuration are now correctly filtered out in the session selection.

  • Incident load calculation now uses a unified, centralized logic so that all views display consistent values.

  • Route time in matrix calculation is now correctly computed separately for volunteer and full-time units.
