4.7.0 - 2026-03-23

Updated yesterday

ResQueServe®

New Features

  • Emergency resources, keywords, and POIs can now be imported via CSV file. Dedicated API endpoints and an implementation in the administration area are available for this purpose. The CSV import provides templates and articles.

  • The session screen now displays user information and a sign-out button.

Bug Fixes

  • Added a close button for the "Alternative Coordinates" panel.

  • The "Active" tab of the status overview was incorrectly shown as empty after rejoining a session or reloading the page.

  • The F1 key now reliably accepts the highest-priority call (emergency call → emergency medical service → trunk line, in order of receipt).

  • Incident status labels, missing resource indicators, and disabled dispatch buttons were not rendered correctly.

Developer / Third-Party

This version contains no notable functional changes for developers / third parties.

SIM Dispatcher

New Features

  • The probability with which a simulated unit transmits a status update can now be configured individually per dispatch center.

  • A new routing service has been integrated for more realistic simulated vehicle routes and travel times. Vehicle positions are now updated much more frequently.

  • The suggestion now primarily uses the travel time of the fastest available emergency resource for its calculation, applying to the first 50 locations within range of the incident. For all additional, more distant resources, straight-line distance continues to serve as the basis for calculation. The real-time travel time calculation feature is only available with a Plus license.

  • Outgoing calls can now be placed again. This is once again a prerequisite when on-scene resources request assistance from, e.g., police, utility providers, or road authorities.

Changes

  • Dispatch centers can now be marked as "In Progress" to indicate their development status.

  • The list view for dispatch centers has been revised for improved clarity.

Bug Fixes

  • Units incorrectly reported no availability for follow-up incidents after transitioning to Status 1.

  • Units transmitted radio messages without a prior prompt to speak at high simulation speeds.

  • Lighting at the incident scene was never recognized as present due to a faulty comparison logic.

  • Resolved overload of the simulation tick caused by unoptimized session processing and a premature exit bug in the patient processing loop.

  • Radio and phone texts during calls were sometimes displayed in the wrong language. Additionally, dialogs for outgoing calls now respect the selected simulation language.

  • Fixed an incorrect status transition: emergency resources now correctly switch to Status 3 instead of Status 1 after Status 8 (on follow-up dispatch).

  • Fixed duplicate radio status queries during concurrent active incidents.

  • Triggered fire alarm systems (FAS) incorrectly displayed a wrong incident location.

  • The ringtone played even when the simulation was paused.

  • Map and incident views now correctly display text in all supported languages instead of falling back to hardcoded German strings.

  • Fixed an error when uploading images for dispatch center header areas (unsupported file format).
